Every design
The same spec,

Air
About 40 cfm of filtered fresh air per person, the full NBC filter chain and a hand-crank backup.
Shielding
Earth and concrete over the living space for a protection factor of about 1,000.
Radon and CO2
Sub-slab radon mitigation tested below 2 pCi/L, and carbon dioxide monitored in every room.
Water
Stored water for 30 days at a gallon a person a day, connected to the well where there is one.
Two ways out
An airlock entry and a separate emergency exit in every design.
Installed and trained
Delivered, set, connected and commissioned, with the household trained on every system.
