What it costs
Our price,
and the market.
Styrkholm prices are installed in Utah and confirmed in writing after a site visit. Market ranges apply published per-square-foot figures for underground construction to the Hold 12's 960 square feet.
For comparison, published market ranges for the same size:

Delivered and installed
We put it in
and connect it.
Every design can be built as a stand-alone bunker. We handle the site, permits, excavation, setting, waterproofing, utilities, commissioning and training. How a bunker-only project works.
Are these plans ready to build?
They are reference layouts. Every Styrkholm bunker is engineered by a licensed structural engineer for its site, soil and water table, and the stamped drawings are produced in design.
Can a design be changed?
Yes. Rooms, length and finishes change with every household. The spec underneath, air, filtration, shielding, radon and exits, does not.
How is the price set?
Each design has an installed base price, and you add systems in the Bunker Builder at published prices. The final price is confirmed in writing after the site visit, because the ground, depth and access change the work.
