Styrkholm designs and builds private strongholds: complete compounds above and below ground, set on land we help you find, for families who want a place to go when the world gets loud.
The name
STYRK comes from the Old Norse styrkr, meaning strength. HOLM is the Norse word for a small island or protected refuge, a place set apart and safe from what surrounds it.
Together: the stronghold refuge. Strength you build, and a place to hold your people.
The Mark
Every part
means something.
Our mark is a round Viking shield around a mountain, with a door in the mountain and a chamber below the ground. It is a drawing of what we build.
