Required systems start at the minimum tier for your size. Every option shows its installed price.

Priced one by one. Add or remove anything and the total updates.

Step 4

Reserve your build.

The $5,000 deposit starts work on your bunker right away: the site visit, soil evaluation, engineering and design. It reserves your production slot and is credited in full to your project. Because that work begins immediately, the deposit is non-refundable. Your final price is confirmed in writing after the site visit. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

What the base price covers

Shell and
installation.

Most bunker makers quote the shell and leave freight and installation to you. Our base price is the shell plus a defined installation package, so the total is the installed price.

The shell

  • Engineered steel or precast shell with stamped drawings
  • Main entry with stairs or hatch, gas-tight door and an emergency exit
  • Interior walls, flooring, LED lighting and 12V/120V wiring
  • Bunks, galley counters and built-in storage

Standard installation

  • Delivery within 100 miles of Ogden, Utah
  • Excavation in normal soil, bedding, crane set and compacted backfill
  • Exterior waterproofing and perimeter drainage
  • Engineering stamp, permits at cost and inspections
  • Commissioning and household training

Quoted after the site visit

  • Distance beyond 100 miles
  • Rock excavation or groundwater dewatering
  • Utility tie-ins, well drilling and septic
  • Site clearing, access roads and restoration
