Need room for more than twelve? The Estate 24 is priced in design. Or start from a kit.

Step 2

Choose your systems.

Required systems start at the minimum tier for your size. Every option shows its installed price.

Step 3

Reserve your build.

The deposit is credited to your project. Your price is confirmed in writing after a site visit, because soil, depth, access and distance change the work; if you do not accept that price, the deposit is refunded. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Every base bunker includes

The shell,
in the ground.

Engineered steel or precast shell with stamped drawings

Delivery, excavation, crane set, waterproofing and compacted backfill

Main entry with stairs or hatch, and an emergency exit

Interior walls, flooring, LED lighting and 12V/120V wiring

Bunks, galley counters and storage built in

Permits, inspections, commissioning and household training
